WIN A WEBSITE | RULE & REGULATIONS

1. All information you provide is confidential and will not be sold. However, you are giving Social Mediators LLC permission to contact you by phone, mail, and/or email.
2. Applicant must be at least 18 years of age to enter.
3. Limit one entry per organization per quarter.
4. The winner will be chosen by a panel of internal judges.
5. The winner will be notified via their provided email address.
6. The winner have 3 business days to respond to the email/ Instagram notification to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of said prize. In the event that a winner forfeits their prize a new applicant will be selected in their place.
7. The winner must agree to the terms of the release statement to be eligible for the prize.
8. Applicants may not win more than once.
9. This contest cannot be combined with any other special offer or discounts.
10. The website give away prize will consist of one website valued at $2500 or less. No replacements products or substitutions allowed.
11. Winner may add on additional features and/or services that are not included in this offering for an additional fee. Costs of additional features/services can be provided upon request.
12. Winner will be responsible for all website copy, content, and images.
    Any royalty based images and/or hosting based fees may apply. See Social Mediators representative for more information.
13. Failure to meet any of the requirements outlined in this document disqualifies the winner from the contest. The winner also forfeits their prize and a new contestant name is selected.
14. Giveaway is limited to independent businesses which have already launched
15. $199 monthly maintenance cost is required. After submitting “Winners Form” winners are required to agree to 12 months of service minimum.
16. Social Mediators LLC reserves the right to make alterations to or cancel this document or contest at anytime.
